I don't think I can pinpoint it as accurately as you can. My list, with a rough guess at the ages

Age 0: 3 countries (Denmark, Norway, Sweden)
14: 13 (Greece, Turkey, Romania, England, Switzerland, Germany, Kenya, Tanzania, Canada, USA)
16: 17 (Belgium, Netherlands, France, Spain)
27: 21 (Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Korea)
33: 27 (South Africa, Madagascar, Ireland, Japan, Brazil, Italy (not counting the Vatican))
37: 29 (China (not counting HK and Macau as separate), Mexico)
39: 30 (Taiwan)

No new countries these last years.

For my son it's 4 countries in his first year, probably not a whole lot of new ones for at least the next year.
