I gotta say, I'm so happy with the kundalini yoga class. It's like a perfect mix for me - some exercise (especially for abdomen and back muscle) coupled with some spiritual/mystical stuff to keep me interested. Plus it makes me feel very good. :)

:o That's amazing!
It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

Oh God, you are so dead.
I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth.

I'm giving myself a generous 1 in 3 chance of making it to the finish.
The most annoying thing will be the checkpoints that close and force you to drop out if you don't get there in time.

edit: Also, go Brazen!

Brazen

Had to pull out with a shoulder injury, rather embarrassingly caused taking an overloaded rucksack off wrongly while travelling...

Got a hilly 5K in a couple of weeks, and a 10K in September though.
