Did they think wishing Brexit wouldn't happen on social media would make it so?  As much as I despise the Boomers, those Millenial cretins are truly loathsome: they can't unglue their faces from their phones long enough to go vote then they moan about 'stolen future'.  :yucky:

G.

if indeed the majority of those youngsters didn't bother to vote (Was it Tyr or Mongers that mentioned a 30% turnout for that group) that majority doesn't have a right to complain. If you don't vote you forfeit your right to bitch about the outcome.

The young people I know all voted. I'd like to see some meat on that particular accusation of low turnout (i think it was Sheilbh who saw it, but it was on the ever-reliable twitter) before passing judgement.

Under the concept of self determination Euros seem obsessed with London has a valid argument to secede as well.

https://www.change.org/p/sadiq-khan-declare-london-independent-from-the-uk-and-apply-to-join-the-eu

30k signatures as of just now.

Civil War makes much more sense then London secession. Remain has the parliament, the money, the young people, the capital and Scotland.  They have all the advantages. Just crush the elderly rebels.

Farage says that the 350 million for the NHS won't happen.

Hannan says that he wants to keep freedom of movement for labour.

Johnson wants to push back the exit negotiations.

You guys voted to get rid of a bendy banana regulation.

It is comic-opera stuff, the sort of nonsense that has held Argentina back for 100 years, it is not the behaviour of a serious country.

I read that millenial turnout was high, it's just that there are  a lot more voters over 33 than under it.

I don't think young turnout was low. He may have misheard and it was lower than expected? That seems believable- numbers all round for lower than expected in heavy remain areas.

I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

QuoteLeave campaigner Nigel Evans has denied immigration will fall after the UK voted to leave the EU. The Conservative MP said there had been some "misunderstanding" over the Leave campaign's position on reducing immigration.

Speaking to BBC Radio 5 live's Stephen Nolan, he said the Leave campaign's plan was to "control" immigration and not necessarily reduce it.

It is really astonishing to me how they IMMEDIATELY dance back from the declarations that actually won them the campaign.

Makes the whole affair from sad and unfortunate into infuriating.

There is no way this is real.  This is made up.  The UK is a nation of educated people.
