google says north dakota is at 22f. here in d.c. it's 57f. i'm not looking forward to going back there a few weeks..

They already have production capacities in China. Which will be increased in the next years too. But the move to Alabama was mainly to be close to the market. The stuff produced in China is mostly sold there (and in Eastern Asia) too while Europe is supplied from Europe.
