Talked to my wife last night as we were getting ready for bed - she's on board with the plan! 

There was a bit of a rough patch for a second caused by her mis-hearing the word "prosecutor" as "prostitute".

Me and the wife have been talking about a weekend trip to Toronto - maybe I can make the dates match up...probably not, but I can try!

Take the train if you want comfort. Take Greyhound if you want to do it more quickly but risk decapitation.

Friday.  I'll only come in sometime in the evening but that's fine by me.

Are we talking about meeting up Friday night then? I thought this would be on the actual weekend, like Saturday or something. If we are not getting in until 8 or later Friday night, there is little chance of talking the wife into going out that late.

I propose dinner on Saturday. Doesn't have to be the only thing the Languishites do together of course.

I am still probably only 25% in any case, but if I am going to talk the wife into going I need to present a firm plan for why, rather than "well, maybe there might be some people we could meet at midnight friday..."

Anyone have any good ideas for shows or anything to use to entice her to make the trip?
