Same. They're probably getting a lot of traffic.

Never thought the NDP would be third in Burnaby Central.
Awarded 17 Zoupa points

In several surveys, the overwhelming first choice for what makes Canada unique is multiculturalism. This, in a world collapsing into stupid, impoverishing hatreds, is the distinctly Canadian national project.

The liberal lead in Carleton just keeps growing.

Looks like a spread of 16 percentage points with 10% of the vote counted.

It's early but island has flipped as expected.  May keeps her usual seat, ndp holding one, libs 2 cons 3.

Personally a liberal minority is my worst preference.  The potential of the BQ holding the balance of power is crazy especially with Canada being an artificial country and all.

Jamil Jivani (CPC MP) has the knives out for Doug Ford, yikes.

Wtf happened in Ontario. Lots of Lib seats going blue, I don't get it.

Bauer

I mentioned the intra-Conservative feuding...

Just in case you didn't know, Jivani is famously a friend and former classmate at Yale of JD Vance.

Results are pretty tight, plus the silliness of 80+ candidates in Carleton, suggests we won't know the winner until tomorrow.

Nunavik.
Remote northern Quebec.

Lots of people couldn't today.  bad weather, and the election material wasn't delivered.

Now this is frustrating because Inuits are among the communities that vote the least usually, and for this election, a lot effort went into convincing them of the importance to vote.

And they arrived to find locked doors.

I like how many of the candidates don't even have one vote.

Like, come on, at least get votes from you and your mom.
