Actually, the ordnance is only dangerous near the edges.  Where the fire has been well-established, the bombs that are there have already gone off.  It's the newly-afire areas that are dangerous.

In 1950, Vin Scully was in the broadcast booth for the Dodgers to call a spring training game against the As.  Connie Mack was the opposing manager.

In 2016, Scully was in the booth to call games pitched by a young rookie, Juilio Urias. 

Connie Mack was born in 1863.  Urias was born in 1996.
We have, accordingly, always had plenty of excellent lawyers, though we often had to do without even tolerable administrators, and seen destined to endure the inconvenience of hereafter doing without any constructive statesmen at all.
