I watched bits of the RNC.  The biggest surprise and thing I didn't get was that the dislike of Biden and that many of them genuinely seemed to believe that his gaffes was because he was pretty thick.  I think they maybe misunderestimated him.

No excuse for making that mistake. Biden's been doing this forever. He knows what he's doing.
