Also, in answer to your question, nothing yet.  We still haven't met up with our arms dealer, but my guess it we'll walk away with a Glock 19 and/or a SIG P229.

Also, 1911's seem to tend to be pretty pricey.  It's almost certain that will be the first handgun I get...just a matter of narrowing down which brand/type to get.

I had a Colt Combat Commander once.  Lovely action.
Just remember not to use a hollow point as your first round in the magazine.  Colt + Hollowpoints = Stovepiped chambered rounds, and you die.

A buddy of mine had Walther PPK from the '60s.  Fucker weighed a ton.
