Very hard to imagine something like this can be orchestrated, getting an idiot lay down fire on  people around Trump but make sure not hurt him and make sure Trump can apply the fake blood without anyone noticing in the age of smart phones? And it is simply impossible that a sharpshooter was setup to take a glancing shot at Trump's ear from any distance.

No, this was Trump getting lucky once again. Where it isn't luck is that this is a guy with very good instinct on how to play for the crowd even when such a thing happens.

Interesting, the shooter has been preliminarily identified (lower tier "real" media like NY Post) as Thomas Matthew Crooks, age 20, registered Republican. He apparently was wearing a "Demolition Ranch" shirt. Demo Ranch is a huge YouTube channel that features guys who own a big rural property and use it to test fire a ton of guns (often exotic) for their viewers, they largely don't get into politics and maintain an apolitical stance, but there is a certain demo that is their bread and butter.

Weird on spec, not what you would expect as a Trump wannabe assassin.

If two other people were injured/killed, I supposed the bullet crossed path with someone else before reaching him.  It's probably a fragment of a bullet that hit him.

I'm not a specialist, but a full sniper bullet would have left more damages than that if it had grazed him to make him bleed.

IDK but if you watch the video there's people all around him including behind him, and the shooter was some incel idiot with an automatic rifle. Missed shots were bound to hit others.

I think that's highly unlikely.  It sounds like the shooter was just there wide open on the rooftop of a building, and the Secret Service was going "I wonder what that guy with a rifle on the roof is up to, let's wait and see".  If the shooter were among the audience, then I can see collateral damage being likely.

According to an interview with a dude that saw the shooter, the perpetrator was probably hidden behind the roof crest until the very last moment.

What is quite amazing is that Trump was allowed to keep going when the SS knew there was a shooter nearby.

If Biden steps down now, it will seem, to the conspiracy minded, that he was responsible for the attempt on Trump's life and he's trying to hide something and he's retiring away.  Or he's resigning in shame after a failure of his nefarious plot to eliminate America's stalwart hero.
