Good question. I can't remember seeing something like this. Amateurish?
It's like a player receiving 2 yellow cards and not getting a red.  :P
Didn't that happen in Por v Ned in 2006?

I was making a reference to a player who got three yellows before getting a red. Croatia vs Australia in 2006.

Northern Ireland. Wow my Scots-Irish ancestors would be proud.

Germany - Poland. What a snoozefest.

Second half picked up a bit though. First 0-0 of the tournament and Poland had the best chances. Tie is good for both teams though.

This is it. British tabloids are in real decline. A non-tabloid italian sports daily beat them!

Compared to British tabloids that picture is a refined, cultured and dignified affair.

Hence why I said the Gazzetta dello Sport beat them.  :P

Sheilbh

Sure, but saying they've beat the tabloids with refinement, culture and dignity is like having footballers beat a bunch of sumo wrestlers. They're not even playing the same game.
Let's bomb Russia!

Duque de Bragança

Both are talking about football though.  :P

Italy - Sweden is really dull. It's all midfield without any side managing to get inside the box unless it's a lucky long ball. Zlatan has had some brilliant touches though.
