To put it in the simplest way possible, again:

The UK is not allowed to leave the EU and will not do so.

Living in the Tory shires, I must say my individual canvassing was a strong anti-EU sentiment and determination to vote Leave, I was largely discounting that in the wider picture, but still a source of worry.
