Must hate.  Will hate.  Hatred is my most abundant resource.

Anyway, sitting there getting cross-subsidized by other students while filling in coloring books is pretty gauche.

Freehanding is different.  It helps you focus. :goodboy:

Well, I might be working doc review Monday.  I mentioned it elsewhere, but I forget if I said so on the main board.

I had to work all day today, so I only just managed to get my paperwork filled out, not submitted via fascimile machine (or "fax"), or scanning and emailing it.

The most time consuming part was getting an I-9 notarized.  I actually tried to do this when I got the stuff yesterday around 4:00 p.m., but the notary-teller at my bank sent me away then because he couldn't affirm that I was a "U.S. citizen" (not what he was affirming) and in an effort to spare trees and squids I had not printed out the instruction form that explained clearly that a Social Security card was fine (my birth certificate is somewhere around here, but I hadn't brought that with me yesterday, because an SS card is indeed all I needed).

So I came back today with the so-dumb-foreigners-can-understand-it I-9 instruction sheet which he still failed to understand until I explained it/dictated exactly what he should write out ("One document from List B!  One document from List C!  My Social Security card is the first thing on List C!  READ THE LIST.  Now write down the name of the document on the form.  Now... for fuck's sake, write down the number, where it says "document number"--issued by what authority? the United States government.  You don't deserve to wear a tie, do you know that?").

A funny thing about my paperwork.  There's a lot of it, but that's to be expected.  But you know one of the things it asks?  Sit back, have a shot, because I'm sure you ain't ready yet.  You relaxed?  Alright, get this:

"List all the organizations or companies you have sent a resume to or interviewed with in the past six months."

Yeah.

I'll get right on that.

Congrats!  Being an uncle is fun as balls.

Strongly disagree.

Too funny.  The important thing about job applications is knowing what a potential employer can and cannot verify.

I don't have a superiority complex.  I can't help it if I'm happier, better-looking, and more successful than you. -_-

I certainly bow to your superior wardrobe and wargame collection, of course.
