Yes, but as common food items go, it's mostly meat + bread. Definitely less meat pies, or meat pastries than in the UK.

I don't think you'd ever find it in London, you'd probably need to do a day trip up to Hertfordshire or Bedfordshire (obvs ) to get any.

Yes, but as common food items go, it's mostly meat + bread. Definitely less meat pies, or meat pastries than in the UK.

As a long-term American tourist in the UK, I do love me some meat (well, vegan substitute anyway) pasties. 

Cheese/onion also does well in a pinch.
