Article tries to cast this figure in a negative light, but if 6 out of 7 people in the world now have access to electricity I would say that's pretty damned good progress.

They just announced that they will now strike open ended starting Wednesday. With a bit of luck they'll still be on strike in two weeks and my employer will have to get me a car in the airport instead of train tickets. Much more comfortable.
