I really hate my doctor.  Every time I see her, she gives totally different advice.  Often she gets my name wrong, and never has the correct medications listed.

I have a dentist sorta like that.  Plus he drones on & on about city politics the whole time I'm there.  And he's overdue for retirement.  What's even worse is when he's on vacation and you have to see the guy who fills in for him.  Dude is like 90.

But he's in a good location and I'm too lazy to find a new dentist.

I'll agree with that. His vision is a bit myopic. Of course, several of the individuals I was including all live in and around the suburbs near him.
