All I'm saying is that your Debbie Downer, bleak B'more outlook doesn't hold for everyone.  If someone just read your posts, one would wonder why America hasn't succumbed to mass riots.

We already know what a vibrant, versatile and robust corporate mover and shaker you are, you don't need to rub it in.

I'm talking about people with 2-5 years of experience (although a few are in 15+ range). ;)

Also, I'm not Marti so don't throw such spurious allegations my way. Mover and shaker? I shake something but it isn't corporate. <_<

I'm off soon to the place where dreams go to die - Penn Station (and then NJ). :(

I love NJ.

Every time I visit, I appreciate my hometown more.  :D

I already appreciate the Village enough. -_-

:yeahright: What places in NJ have you visited?  New Jersey Turnpike?

Cape May is kinda nice.  But of course South Jersey's completely different altogether.

I really hate my doctor.  Every time I see her, she gives totally different advice.  Often she gets my name wrong, and never has the correct medications listed.
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

I have a dentist sorta like that.  Plus he drones on & on about city politics the whole time I'm there.  And he's overdue for retirement.  What's even worse is when he's on vacation and you have to see the guy who fills in for him.  Dude is like 90.

But he's in a good location and I'm too lazy to find a new dentist.

Agreed, I spend weekends in summer down there now.

Ugh, so client asked if we could do tomorrow, right as train departed...

i thought he was talking about moving across the country. Seedy needs to pull up stakes to get out of this morass mess he is in.

I'll agree with that. His vision is a bit myopic. Of course, several of the individuals I was including all live in and around the suburbs near him. :D

I'm supposed to have a client call right now but can't join as no one gave me dial-in information.
