I haven't seen any issues, but I use Google and Cloudflare DNS on my Pi-hole.  I checked with DNS Checker and Quad9 was good over several minutes, but there were intermittent failures with a couple other providers so it's possible Quad9 has an issue occasionally.  I'll look into it and see if there's something on my side that could be causing friction with Quad9.

Might be Quad9.  It was all good until a couple of weeks ago, then it started acting strange.

Found the problem.

I was using CIRA in Firefox as a DNS provider.  As soon as I removed it to use my default DNS provider it returned to normal.

Trying to start a poll, and I get this message:

At other points I don't get that, but pressing on the POST button doesn't do anything.

So I just tried to add a poll. At first it errored then it said I'd already submitted it but the poll is not visible?

I tried on two separate machines, one using chrome and one using firefox. Same result (same error message).
