It's a better idea than Beavers.

Will the wolves hunt the beavers? :hmm:

I think on our re-wilding/re-introduction journey we've so far gone for bison, beavers and maybe lynx? Wolves are a bigger challenge (less cute/more threatening).

The meat is very tasty and much healthier than other meats, I encourage the non-broke to try a box

Doesn't seem too bad, from £60 for about 4kg of meat, roughly comparable with Waitrose were bog-standard rump steak starts from £15 per kg.

Pity I don't like red meats.

Yes, for the quality I would argue that it is competitive in price.

North American wolves do hunt beavers.

Maybe so. But bulk buying meat like so is a huge investment, both money and diet.
It doesn't last well.

Refrigeration technology not reach the uk yet? Josq has made similar comments in the past :P
Being lazy is bad; unless you still get what you want, then it's called "patience".

Export wolverines. Cooler than wolves.

My freezer is so small. :weep:

I tried to get an American style fridge freezer for my new flat but it just wasn't possible to get it into the house. So I had to replace it with something significantly smaller <_<

You did yourself a favour, more energy efficient and less food waste created.

There's also a criticism that US style-fridge enclose too much space between shelves and so promote significantly more ingress of warm kitchen air into them when opening and closing.

crazy canuck

Sounds like excuses not to have a decent sized freezer to me.   :P

My electricity is all renewable and food waste is really on me to not buy too much. I mainly get a weekly veg box and then just other ingredients around that. But you're right it would be too much for me. On the other hand I just really want an ice dispenser and a proper cold water dispenser :weep:

Freezer ice dispensers suck. Number 1 service repair.
