Took me a couple years, but I managed to win finally the National Championship in 2016.  The recruiting feature in Dynasty Mode is so fucking cool, I actually play the games just to get to the next week's recruiting block.

You'd have a total blast with the Dynasty mode more than RtG, I would think, especially how you much depth there is in scouting and recruiting for players.  It gets really, really deep.
