You know I think the game drags a bit at Coruscant, but then takes off again once you get your spaceship.   

Not that space combat is all that - it's pretty light.  But just how the universe finally opens up to you, how you have your own base to work out of...

Built a new computer  so had  to re-install. Getting the stupid English assets bug. How do you mess up your launcher. Not only that how do you have a functioning launcher and mess it up after the fact.

I did a complete uninstall reinstall of the game but no go.

I have tried all the workarounds suggested but nothing is working.  I am hoping that since the last maintenance patch broke it the next maintenance/patch this Wednesday will fix it.

I assume you did all the normal stuff, like updating your video card drivers and such?

Yeah, flushed DNS, changed passwords, checked time in BIOS, checked the driver services files, played with firewall and virus protection, ran everything from administrator, nothing seems to work.

Do you have a router with a NAT in it? Might be they changed to a port that wasn't being forwarded.

I am not sure what a NAT is.

in any event there is nothing on the forums about ports being changed.
