If your kitty gets outside for more than 20 seconds she will already have mated, if you leave the door open to take out the trash or something the male cats will get in.  Trust me it is really really hard to beat Mother Nature.

Well, I just called one place about getting her spade (turns out you do have to wait until a week or two after the kittens have been weaned) and they said it'd be 350 bucks.  That seems like a lot...but maybe not. I'm going to shop around.
