The only one of those I've heard was "I Kissed a Girl" and I didn't like it.

Yeah, pretty much. Made by the Entertainment Industry, used up and abused by their mid 20s or so. Just another in a constant line of girls/boys singers/bands. Occasionally one stands out and stands the test of time.
