OK. I worded that badly. Not equipped. And if they've got a false sense of security waiting for a big hulking destroyer to steam through the most congested naval traffic in the world, I believe that actually exacerbates the problem.

Fuck foreign countries.  If they don't like our armed merhcantmen they will taste a screaming 18" broadside from one of our battleships.
