Wait - they're not out of this yet.  Make the stop, get it back with about a minute left on the clock.

The Jets-Titans game was damn close.  Real competitive game too.

Ryan Mouton will probably be Jets MVP of the week.

How can anyone hate the Vikings?  They're a fairly inoccuous team.
Brett Favre.
I do not hate you, nor do I love you, but you are made out of atoms which I can use for something else.

What does Chicago have going for them that makes them everyone's favorite today at Seattle? Who are they counting on to win the game for them? Cutler? In Seattle, the league's loudest stadium against a Seahawk team that has lost only to the 49ers? I have more faith that Seneca Wallace won't screw up than I do for Jay Cutler.
Your faith in Wallace's ability not to fail is misplaced.  Without Hasselbeck, the Seahawks are a shadow of themselves.

It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

They wouldn't have won that game though if they didn't have Favre.

Apparently their first game with over 300 passing yards since 2005.

Yeah, but what difference does it make?  Favre might win them the first 9-10 games, but what do they do when he's done?

7-2 against the spread in the early games, with one loss being a really silly pick of the Chiefs.

Some writer were saying the Pats are back to the scrappy winning ugly teams of earlier this decade.

We'll see.
