Yeah, I always thought he looked "cool", especially back in the 80s when he had that jerry-curl hairdo and wore big silver aviator sunglasses.  :cool:

What's his family background, anyway?  He really doesn't look like a Berber or an Arab to me... he looks sorta Italian, really.

Interestingly enough, non-petty dictators like Stalin, Hitler or Mao apparently don't feel that's necessary.
