It is disgusting, but politically its a good idea to have your name on the checks. It will cement a lot of people's support for Trump and the GOP fascists.
Well I think that most of the people that are dumb enough to fall for this little trick were probably already going to vote for him anyway.

While I think that the biggest reason is to gain electoral advantage, I bet trolling people that hate him is a close second.
They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.

I'm embarrassed. I've been making the mistake of associating with you. It won't happen again. :)

I think the biggest reason is he likes seeing his name on things :P

He just wants to brand everything he can.

Well I got mine from the IRS not from the President :hmm:

His signature is only in the memo, though, because he doesn't have the authority to sign the checks.

I think I'm gonna leave this one here, I believe we need some humour in between more serious things :)

A whole 11 women out of 220 people on his Great American Economic Revival Industry Group. I don't know most of them, so I couldn't do race, but I'm going to guess that there aren't a heck of a lot of non-whites, either.

I expected no less. After all, only old white men know how to run things.

Funnily enough, there's one group which has a women's majority, 3 out of 5, and it's the theoretically very "macho" Defense group. The most diverse one seems to be the Tech group.

Also funny to see some famous 2nd generation people out there, carrying on with the family business:

- International Brotherhood of Teamsters – Jim Hoffa
- Perot Group and Hillwood – Ross Perot Jr.

I didn't know that was in the Constitution.
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011
