The UK will not take over the EU's rotating presidency, as it was scheduled to do in the 2nd half of 2017.

The Brain

-Excuse me, did you say presidency?
-Rotating presidency, yes.

Seems we already want to take UK's place for the presidency.

Which is why the EU will never work as it is supposed to.

Labour now polling at around 29%. Tories on 40%. The Tories lead everywhere but the North (including London, Wales and Scotland - over Labour, excluding the SNP) and among every group including C2DE voters.

Also that 'remind him of anybody' clip from PMQs was terrifying.

Meanwhile in Labour, the Shadow Chancellor who called the 'plotters' against Corbyn 'fucking useless' had the full support of the Labour party when he was responding the Chancellor today:

And 180,000 people paid £25 to sign up as a 'supporter' of the Labour Party - the only way for new people to get a vote in the leadership election. I'd be amazed if that wasn't very good news for Corbyn.

As a British leftie, at the minute, every time I turn on the news I feel like Sergeant Howie as he gets to the top of the hill and sees what's before him :(

Maybe if you are sacrificed Corbyn's leadership will bear fruit.

A former MP and Corbyn supporter, Chris Williamson, has now accused 'many' Labour MPs of being Lyndon Crosby/Tory party 'sleepers' who've been activated to cause a Labour civil war.

I have nothing

Well I don't know if Corbyn and company are actually Trotsky-types but they sure run their party as if they are.

His closest aide has some associations with Stalinist left:

So some Trot groups like Workers' Liberty generally support Corbyn but publish a lot of very angry articles about Milne
