No more pleated pants for BB :weep:
Being lazy is bad; unless you still get what you want, then it's called "patience".

I've lost track of how long it's been since I last smoked.   :)

Nice.

It has been 19 months since I quit, almost a full year since my last smoke. :Embarrass:

That little...er...hiccup...in your...uh...quitting didn't cause you to start up again?  I'm kinda worried that if I were to, say, grab some smokes to burn at the bar or something, it would cause me to "relapse," or at least have the same massive cravings that were so bad right when I first quit.

It didn't for me but I absolutely hated smoking the last year or so I smoked.  I didn't have much problem quitting, I liked to smoke and drink with my brother the few times a year I saw him, he quit smoking too now so I am not worried at all.

That being said, quitting cold turkey is best.  I quit smoking for 3+ months more than a few times and little breakdowns almost always led to restarting right away.

Good luck. :)

Okay, yeah, so I should probably just completely stay away from that sort of thing.  I didn't necessarily quit because I hated smoking, but more because I finally just decided to stop.  I guess not really a super good "reason," but it worked (for now).

I ended up going cold turkey, but was helped out a lot by the fact that I caught the fucking swine flu or something there for a while right after I quit, and simply wasn't able to smoke no matter what.  Or leave the house, for that matter (couldn't go buy a pack).
