Darwin Awards have a certain requirement that was not met.
Not far lack of trying.  Standing on the yellow strip with your back turned towards the direction of the train travel is not something you should do when you're happy with your life.

The ones that really don't appreciate their life even have earphones on for that extra bit of unawareness.

I've seen on Mythbusters that besides being pushed over, not much is likely to happen if you stand close to a train passing at high speed. And if it's been on TV it must be true.

They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.

There's a fine line between salvation and drinking poison in the jungle.

I'm embarrassed. I've been making the mistake of associating with you. It won't happen again. :)

Changing desktop resolution really should be a more elegant process. Every day I change from 800x600 to 1920x1080. Seems weird to have to do it through these important looking setting menus. And so many button clicks...
Yes, there is software to make it easier. But it should be built in.

What famnous film composer are you?

I got Miklos Rozsa, known for Ben Hur, Quo Vadis, Thief of Baghdad, El Cid, Knights of the Round Table, Julius Caesar ...

The KotOR2 soundtrack reminds me (probably unrightfully) of his style, which is why it's on of my favorite game soundtracks.

That's what I'm doing. But still, that's several clicks.

Why do you have to change it every day?
It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

I don't get it.

A good portion of ads for Manhattan Mini-Storage have a loose connection.
