asset tax, how does that work? Is it just like capital assist (which would be dump anyway, just have higher capital gains taxes) or is it all assets?

In Vienna, a guy threw a 53 year old black African lady onto the subway tracks because he found her loud talking on the phone annoying.

She got hurt so badly she couldn't get off the tracks by herself.

Fortunately she wasn't run over by the train about to enter the station because a bystander immediately activated the on-platform emergency brakes.
