My cousin's request for permanent political asylum (or whatever the hell it's called) in the UK: DENIED

So she's coming back to the U.S. with her tail between her legs.  She's too embarrassed to move back to Florida, so she, her husband & daughter are going to settle somewhere in the Carolinas.

Our next family get-together will be: interesting.

Normally I remember these things, but indulge me, why is your cousin requesting political asylum in the UK?

Okay.  Filed away in the memory vault.
I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

From 5th through 7th July there's a metal efstival in Lower Austria: http://at.extremefest.eu/ with bands like Cannibal Corpse, Suicide Silence, Hellsaw or Aborted. :punk:

The local bishop wonders what it says about modern society if young people go to such a festival of satanism and glorification of violence for three days and has asked his parish to pray for the souls of the visitors. :pope:

I downloaded a sample of it - and it seemed dreadful. :(

It is horribly, horribly dreadful.
And Edwina Currie loved it and had some lessons for her husband :bleeding  :yucky:
