We can all do that.  Schauble said that 'there were also some skeptics when the euro was introduced. But it's working! And it's stable! We shouldn't forget that we're living in an unusually stable economic situation'.  That was in August 2011

Attempt to fix my puncture: Utter failure. What a waste of time. And to make matters worse in trying to pump up the tyre on my other bike I broke it. I think I just blew the valve (never did figure out exactly how much or even if you're meant to undo the screwy thing first)...but that leaves the question of where the hell do I buy a new one, they don't exactly have proper bike shops here.

Went to U.S. Grant's berfplace yesterday.  One of many historical places near home that I had neglected visiting in the 10 years I've lived in Cincy.  Also tried to explain the Civil War to a 4-year old.  I think the only thing that he fully grasped is that he is a Yankee.
