If we may ask, if that's the down payment, how much a month is your mortgage?

Feel free to tell me it's none of our business if you don't want to share.

Happy international women's day to all of our wonderful women of Languish!

Yesterday, upon the stair,
I met a man who wasn't there
He wasn't there again today
I wish, I wish he'd go away...

Iowa city buses had a placard tied to one seat that said this seat is reserved in memory of Rosa Parks.  All of February, for Black History Month.  That was cool.  Only problem is it was on my regular seat.

I need to move to Newcastle. Oh no wait, I'm chained to this mortgage until I'm 70 :(

Newcastle is great, a bit provincial, but a lot of fun.

I hadn't heard about it at the time, but apparently Neal Schon nearly fired Jonathan Cain and Arnel Pineda 4 years ago 'cause he was ticked at them for endorsing Trump.  And now Schon and Cain have fired Ross Vallory and Steve Smith, but it didn't have anything to do with politics (well, other than internal band politics).

Things must be more serious than I thought.  Nouriel Roubini has predicted a recession. :o
