At the governors dinner, when the governor of Maine told Trump that Maine would comply with State and Federal law rather than presidential decree, Trump said "I am the Federal law"

And I say this as when I googled his actual quote, "We are the federal law" there are so, so many articles about it. People were also commenting about his comment where he hinted at himself as a king.
