I like Looper a lot; sags a bit in the second half, but it has some great mind-fucking ideas.

EDIT: Season 2 finale of Black Sails, plus what Berkut said.

Not a season finale, but BSG Exodus, part 2, is among the best tv episodes of all time, right there with Babylon 5's Severed Dreams.

He's always 100% Bruce Willis.  The man only has two gears: grim, stoic Bruce Willis and beat up smart ass Bruce Willis.  But he does generally pick decent scripts.  And he does do stoic and beat up fairly well.
