I do not now, nor ever have, had an 11" penis.

Although it would be pretty cool.

OK DGuller.
 You think the guy posting that he doesn't have an 11" penis is me?

Anyway, AR, please elaborate on the negative consequences you believe would ensue from accepting this legally binding offer.

This is precisely the sort of thing that no one wants to have their name associated with. The guy is a Duke student, and likely to embark on a professional career. Does he really want to have a porno tape out there? This is already going to be a google result that almost any hiring company will find. If it just costs him one job opportunity, that could easily exceed $17k.

Also, who wants to meet a future in laws as the former porn star? Or have your kids find this stuff? Or your kids classmates?

What if it launches his porn career?  :P

Well, I can indeed deny that I've "had" an 11" penis.  :hmm: Yes, I'm pretty sure I can deny that.

I think you overestimate how big a deal it would be, especially five years or a decade from now.

And that's your weakness; you are not prudent when it comes to future consequences.

Exactly right, and something I meant to mention.  If I were him, I'd take the money, star in the video, and use it as a platform for a public apology, and say I learned my lesson and became a better person.

Do you think society's (alleged) interest in issues of individual sexual morality is something that should be borne gracefully and silently or combated?

Serious question, Jake.

It should be massively increased to active interest/disapproval :w00t:
