It reminded me of the place I spent my 20s.  About the same size, dedicated to music shows, lots of people who knew one another and bumped in each other by chance.

Yet, Quebec city metro area is 840 000, closing quickly on the million (est. is 2036).  Always the big village, he :P
I don't do meditation.  I drink alcohol to relax, like normal people.

If Microsoft Excel decided to stop working overnight, the world would practically end.

2nd half of my twenties (well, many of their Saturday nights at least) was spent in a similar venue. I miss that place, it had to relocate to a much more soulless location before I left Hungary and it has kept changing for the worse.

And/or me and my friends have become older.
