Is it more than just a blue light filter ?

I have that on my glasses for over a decade now. I will never go without it again. It has, along with astigmatism correction, drastically reduced the number of optic migraines I get.

As an evil landlord it kind of freaks me out about how AI programs allow landlords to collude on rents. It seems very against the spirit of the market.

I'm surprised it isn't against the law.  My very first company was in the business of aggregating data for insurance companies and coming up with a recommended insurance rate, but there was a very explicit exception carved out in the anti-trust law for this to be legal.  Without that exception it would be an illegal price collusion.  It seems like the software that comes up with rents is doing exactly that, except in an industry that doesn't have that exception.

This is the term for this umbrella grouping.
Previously I'd heard the term gypsy was a bit weird and offensive to use but the explanation in this makes sense.
Gypsy = Romani origin people who've been in the UK for centuries.
Roma = more recent Romani immigrant who take offense at the term gypsy as its a slur back home.

As an American whose only contact with them was in Carmen and the Hunchback of Notre Dame, it was actually kind of shocking to learn Gypsy was a slur. I thought it was just a descriptor. No more of a slur than Italian or Romanian or whatever.
