Would- be visitors will have to detail in writing their travel plans in Japan, and explain what they hope to get out of the trip. Successful applicants would pay for their own accommodation and meals. They would also be required to write a review their travel experiences, and post it online.
"We are hoping to get highly influential blogger-types, and others who can spread the word that Japan is a safe place to visit," said Kazuyoshi Sato, with the agency.
The agency has requested more than a billion yen to pay for the tourism blitz. If lawmakers approve the funding, Sato says visitors could begin signing up as early as next April.
I'd sign up in a heartbeat. The only problem would be coordinating a timeframe.

I would have used 'provoke' in place of 'exercises' there. That's the way the word works. If I tell Ide that yellow fever is the first step towards being gay, I'm not exercising him, I'm provoking him.
I also think 'delight' is overstating matters quite a bit there.
It could be that you are right. I was thinking of exercises' definitions as:
a.To absorb the attentions of, especially by worry or anxiety.
b. To stir to anger or alarm; upset:
I think it fits the phrase better than provoke, but either could have worked.

Some years ago when I was checking out Lava life there was an add from a woman who - apparently - was looking for volunteers for a bukkake movie. Allegedly it was a birthday present for herself, or maybe her boyfriend. Not sure. You could wear a mask if you wanted.
I assume it was a low budget porn movie looking for volunteer talent.
Point is... you can probably get cast for a bukkake movie without going to Japan.
