Ah, but I said only if it was a Muslim.  I doubt there will be hearing on the ricin attack.

Is there anything for either party to gain from hearings on the ricin attack?

They're caught in a trap

Well, knowledge.

I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

Speaking of taxes there is talk of a new entry fee charged at all US borders.  Politicians in Northern States are concerned it will harm their local economies by reducing the number of Canadians coming south to purchase goods and services.  Canadian retailers are secretly jumping for joy at the prospect that some of the 21 billion spent annually by Canadians in the US will be spent at home.

QuoteThe idea of a "crossing fee" was revealed in a recent budget request by the Department of Homeland Security, which was seeking funds to study the cost of collecting a new toll for people walking and driving into the United States from the north and south.

Ick. Those things suck.  I have to pay a "reciprocity fee" for me and my two kids to get into Argentina.

DHS seems confused on what they are suppose to do as armed arm of a fascist state.

I like their logic tho. We need money, can't tax the american citizens! Let's tax the Canadian, they are used to it after all! Wants one more tax to them?

Why would you go to Argentina? Everyone knows Spanish speaking South American countries are terrible.
