Explosions at Boston Marathon

Still unsure what happened.  Sounds awful. 

There are multiple reports on Twitter of an explosion at the Boston Marathon.
We spoke to a Boston Police Department Spokesperson who said there was "some sort of incident at 671 Boylston Street", which is the finish line for the race. They could not give out further information at the time of the call.
Live video from CBS shows ambulances at the scene. Fox News reports that there were two explosions.
Reporters on the scene are reporting dozens of injuries and lost limbs. TV crews are showing images lots of blood on the ground.
The pictures below all appear to be from the scene. Some show smoke and the explosion, others appear to show injured people (warning some photos may be upsetting)

Can't tell if the bombs were in a building, or behind or under the main grandstand;  the first one looks like it was actually in a building.  They were definitely on Boylston Street though, between Dartmouth and Exeter.

Casualties talk is bad.  Limbs are missing.  The first video, there were definitely people within the blast area.

We need Count and Captain Mihali to check in.

More possible bombs scattered around.  They are clearing the area out a bit to allow the bomb squads to move around.

BPD's K9 unit is going to catch a raft of shit for this one, if those devices were indeed in trashcans as witnesses are teliing ESPN. Doubtful they were placed during the race, but before.
