Has this become a dieting thread now ?

Yays. I can do 110 pounds for a lat pull down.  And 140 for a seated row.
PDH!

I just crammed 400 pop tart calories down my throat.

So I pulled a muscle in my neck Thursday*, and I knocked off doing anything until I thought it'd healed enough.  Did some pushups yesterday, it hurt a little, so I didn't do anything else; today, it seemed fine, and I did just one set of curls, and I think it's going to be really sore in the morning.  I don't know when to know when it's healed.  How can I tell?  Is it in his kiss, or what? <_<

*Not doing any sort of exercise, or as a result.  I pulled it jolting out of bed.  I know it wasn't from any exertion, because when I woke up the first time to slap the alarm across the room off, I was fine.  It was on the second occasion that I pulled it.  It's lame.

Edit: On the plus side, I've been at or, usually, far below 2000 cals for most of the week.  Barely lost anything.  I've seen the error of my ways, now, and I blame my metabolism. :goodboy:

That's funny, I work out an hour a day and I'm barely losing anything either. I blame my massive consumption.

I've given it serious thought. I must scorn the ways of my family, and seek a Japanese woman to yield me my progeny. He shall live in the lands of the east, and be well tutored in his sacred trust to weave the best traditions of Japan and the Sacred South together, until such time as he (or, indeed his house, which will periodically require infusion of both Southern and Japanese bloodlines of note) can deliver to the South it's independence, either in this world or in space.  -Lettow April of 2011

Executive summary: Think lifestyle change for long term results and not just a crash course, quick-fix diet. Oh and eat steak & eggs. A lot.

Oh, I don't do crash course diets. I've been in good shape before, lost a lot of weight and kept it off for a long time. I've just gotten complacent, is all.
