In and Out Burger

So I had dinner at an In and Out Burger for the first time today... stopped at one in Ventura right off the PCH on my way up to Santa Barbara.

Was it good?  Yes.  Is it better than Five Guys?  No, it's pretty much the same.  I would say the fries are better at Five Guys but the burger was probably better at In and Out.  I got a Double-Double animal style.

Also, I think the next town I hit was Oxnard and I'm not 100% sure but.... I think I saw a JiB from the highway.  I should have stopped there for something in honor of my boy Jaron.

If you like In and Out, you'll like Five Guys and vice versa.  A lot of similarities.

Money: I'm at a conference and most of the meals are provided... I'm taking a dude to The Habit at some point this week, which is another burger place that's more California-style (avocado on burgers, etc.) but maybe if we don't get sick of hamburgers we'll hit a JiB.
