Actually, I think it is fair to suggest that you can't really necessarily consider Pakistan as an entire unit given the weakness an conflicting factions of its government.

I heard the same thing about the Israelis that are going to fight the next war in Gaza. The'll be equipping many of the infantrymen with cameras.
