Last time I told you no, you went and saw the movie anyway. So... No. :shifty:

Big no.

Well, the production design and cinematography--visuals in general--are great.

The movie, as a narrative device, is a big fat turd.

It's okay if you don't think of it as being connected to the Alien universe at all.

Basically what Ide said.

They really they should have just built the movie around Fassbender's character.
Person. Woman. Man. Camera. TV.

:hmm:

I'm confused, maybe I'll have to watch it and then deny I've seen it.

I'm glad I saw it, so I could know for myself that it's not a good movie.

It's not a terrible movie mind you.  There's just nothing about it that's particularly entertaining or interesting.  I have zero interest in seeing it again, which i think is the only test that matters.

I actually saw it....twice. It's watchable. It's probably more watchable than Aliens 4

I thought it *was* Aliens 4.

NVM, guess it's number 5.

It's Aliens 5.  Aliens 4 is the one with Winona Ryder.

Yes, it was OK, not too bad.

Don't care where it fits in the 'canon', might watch it again in a dozen years if I come across it on 'tv'; as Josephus said watchable.

That's what they get for letting those talentless fuckwits write a movie that should have basically written itself.
What I speak out of my mouth is the truth.  It burns like fire.

Watched "blackish".

While naturally, the comedy touches on racial-bases themes, I though it was just a rather good comedy in and of itself.
