Man - tiny Tim is learning more and more how to use the iPad.  He has discovered some show on Netflix called Kipper the Dog which I had never, ever heard of, but it turns out to be a late 90s Brit cartoon aimed at preschoolers that seems fairly innocuous.

That bear looks uncomfortable.

This isn't the board for childhood innocence.

Fuck these this Bond set is mountains above the old crap. Like the newer Batman movies.

Finally got around to Casino Royale last night, thanks to the Bond collection (which I got before the unpleasantness, for any curious). Very good.indeed.

Moonraker this morning.

The Girl Who Leapt Through Time.

A very pretty anime that for all of its time-travellingness (on a very domestic scale) returns to almost still scenes - wonderful CGI cloudscapes and baseball.  Nice, well-observed coming of age story.  But for some reason, and I'm not sure why, I thought it was lacking something and didn't wholly win me over.

Bridesmaids- Dissapointing. I was promised something amazing, a few moments aside it was merely so-so.

What were you guy's opinion of Dredd? Worth watching?
It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.
