Sustainability wasn't the issue...they could have aborted, but she was all "kill me and cut out the baby at the same time!"

And I think the Ricktatorship is about to go full-crazy-Hitler-like.

I don't think there's going to be a Ricktatorship for much longer. I wonder how they're going to feed that baby.
Colonel Caliga is Awesome.

You would think about the baby. That's all that's on your mind of late.

I think the show doesn't portray the food situation often enough too.

Although to be fair, they did find a whole cafeteria full of food didn't they?

This is true.  They were looking pretty haggard as the season kicked off, though.  Obviously Rick had had enough of canned dog food through the winter.

re: the Governor, Andrea and Bad Ass Sister storyline--Andrea's being a starstruck tard.  I hope Michonne gets her fucking sword back, and soon.  If were her, I'd didi mau most riki tik the fuck outta there, with or without Andrea.

That's why the preview had Herschel discussing a need for formula.

Andrea is always such an idiot, isn't she?

Well she is a lawyer.

It is far better for the truth to tear my flesh to pieces, then for my soul to wander through darkness in eternal damnation.

Jet: So what kind of woman is she? What's Julia like?
Faye: Ordinary. The kind of beautiful, dangerous ordinary that you just can't leave alone.
Jet: I see.
Faye: Like an angel from the underworld. Or a devil from Paradise.

Philistines. I mean how can you re-make Casablanca? The one starring Myra Dinglebat and Peter Beardsley was definitive.
I am, somehow, less interested in the weight and convolutions of Einstein's brain than in the near certainty that people of equal talent have lived and died in cotton fields and sweatshops.

That's it, I'm logging off.  It's TiVo'd, and I'm not going to get spoiled, dammit.
Michonne is kiiled in the end as she tries to leave the gated community and Andrea is captured to a fate worst than death :(

LIES

That was one seriously hardcore episode, though.

Bit of a tearjerker.

They killed the only black guy...but at least they had an immediate replacement.  Plus a central casting leftover from "Gods and Generals".

And they solidly endorsed the hard-line pro-life position to abortion.

They are akin to the ensign in the red shirt.

"We've reached one of our phase lines after the firefight and it smells bad—meaning it's a little bit suspicious... Could be an amb—".

Josquius

the Walking Dead episode was surprising. Was expecting just a typical mid-series adventure but they go and kill off some cast members like that.
Killing the black guy and replacing him with a new more interesting one does feel kinda weird though.

I still kind of hope colonel convict ends up being a psycho.

Zombies is very good this season, which nicely offsets boardwalk empires decline (iron to the face not withstanding)
Being lazy is bad; unless you still get what you want, then it's called "patience".
Hubris must be punished. Severely.

Josephus

Agree about Boardwalk. It's become a bit of a struggle to sit through.
