Watched some of those Planet of the Apes movies from the 70's. Good stuff still.

I am, somehow, less interested in the weight and convolutions of Einstein's brain than in the near certainty that people of equal talent have lived and died in cotton fields and sweatshops.

London has fallen

Never mind ISIS, they're a bunch of wankers.  This guys is a James Bond-esque level super villain.
First, he survives a direct done strikes on his compound.  Nearly everyone is killed, but he escapes with only a minor injury.

Then he plots his revenge.  Years in the making.
In two years, he has time to plot the assassination of the British Prime Minister knowing that world leaders will travel.  He has infiltrated the British army, secret services and police force with top level clearance for the funerals.
He has a backup plan to a backup plan that involves having soldiers dressed as US Marines ready to go within 2 minutes to a British MI6 secret location in case the first 2 assassination attemps agains the US president fail.
He has infiltrated top level of security for all the world's most important leaders so that he knows where they will be at the precise time of his attack.
That's some genius.
I'm glad real world villains aren't as intelligent and powerful, near omniscient.

Fortunately, the Avengers weren't required for this one, only a good bodyguard deadlier than a squad of Delta Force and Navy Seals combined :)

On the bright side, somebody finally noticed how Canada can be a really dangerous country and our Prime Minister was the first to go in the ambush.  Take out the stronger one first, they say, the rest will fall.

Only if you run into a bear. The people are harmless.
To sleep, perchance to dream. But in that sleep of death, what dreams may come?

Netflix now has a coming of age tv story about someone with Autism and ABC is coming out this fall with a tv show about a doctor with autism.

it's the Sheldon effect.

More Marvel, a star trek spoof and some US military porn?

In that list only A.P. Bio looks interesting to me. Glenn Howerton and Patton Oswalt sounds like a good team.

Crank (2006)

Intense and ridiculous. Like a proper action movie.
