I wanted to see the Bungles win and a solid performance from Slaton.  I guess I got one out of two: Slaton wasn't so hot running the ball, but he was on fire receving-- over 100 yards & a TD.  His secret weapon at WVU was shifting over to line up at receiver & taking screens.  Looks like he still has it-- if you can't take him down as soon as he catches the ball, look out.

Yes.  Even though Favre's play in the first quarter is what got them the win, and the two players at the end of the game who had the biggest impact on the game were Frank Walker and Steve Hauschka.

Slaton actually looked a little better than "usual" (this year) running the ball, but the same thing happened again:  the backup comes in, this time scrubby Chris Brown, and he immediately does better than Steve. 

I also really wish Slaton would stop fumbling the damn ball.
